Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent and People Success team in recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. The TAC responsibilities will include providing essential administrative assistance including managing job postings, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, arranging interviews and maintaining our candidate database updated.



Main tasks & responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels such as global and local job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial screenings interviews to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist in the drafting and posting of job descriptions on job boards, Welocalize career site, and social media platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Success team members to ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback, to share with key stakeholders.

  • Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent/recruitment sourcing-focused role.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Administrative experience and skills, ideally within talent or people management.

  • Team player with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and advanced-level user of Microsoft (Word, PPT and Excel).
