Job Overview:

As a WordPress Developer at CoreBridge Solutions, you’ll be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Dev Team, UX/UI & Content Team, SEO Team, and Marketing Team to build highly engaging and responsive WordPress websites. While you’ll find some overlap with roles such as a WordPress Site Administrator and WordPress Maintenance Specialist, this role uniquely focuses on crafting custom solutions, optimizing functionalities, and innovating with cutting-edge technology—particularly in the realm of AI and future-forward tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Theme & Plugin Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins that align with modern standards and client specifications.
• Responsive Design & Implementation: Ensure seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Site Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO Team to implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• AI & Innovation Integration: Support initiatives to integrate AI-powered features and other innovative tech solutions into WordPress environments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the UX/UI, Content, and Marketing Teams to deliver cohesive digital strategies and creative campaigns.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal site performance and functionality.
• Documentation & Code Reviews: Maintain clear code documentation and conduct periodic code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Familiarity with popular WordPress frameworks, builders, and libraries.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• A passion for AI and emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
