Simulmedia is transforming the way brands, marketers and agencies reach audiences. Meanwhile, our innovative Skybeam platform makes it easy for any brand to be on TV and have all of the tools needed for planning, execution, and post-campaign optimization.
This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.
We seek a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of both our TV+ and Skybeam platforms, enabling advertisers to maximize their reach and ROI across all screens. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, experience with programmatic advertising, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
Responsibilities
● Drive feature development and influence strategic product direction across TV+ and Skybeam platforms, identifying high-impact opportunities that advance company objectives and deliver exceptional customer value
● Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions
● Analyze user behavior through PostHog and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization
● Engage directly with customers through Intercom and other channels to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate solutions
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for new features and improvements
● Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, technical specifications, and feature requirements
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature launches and adoption
● Leverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate product development, improve user experiences, and automate workflows across both platforms
● Identify opportunities for AI integration in features like audience targeting, campaign optimization, and predictive analytics
● Drive experimentation with AI-powered prototyping tools to rapidly validate product concepts and features
Qualifications
● 3+ years of product management experience in AdTech or related technical products
● Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, preferably with hands-on experience using Beeswax or similar DSP platforms
● Proficient in using analytics tools like PostHog, collaboration tools like Figma, and customer communication platforms like Intercom
● Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
● Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms for product development and prototyping (e.g., GPT, Claude, v0)
● Demonstrated ability to identify practical applications of AI to solve real business problems and improve product functionality
● Experience with linear TV, CTV, or gaming advertising platforms is a plus
● Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST
