Your mission

As the Programme Delivery Intern at Zulu Ecosystems (ZE), you will support a small and high-performing team focused on scaling our nature-based solutions offering into the US. You will contribute to the delivery of contracted projects and explore new business development opportunities within US natural capital markets. Day-to-day, the Programme Delivery Intern will support a range of activities, including geospatial analysis, report writing, and data management.

Responsibilities:

Support the ZE US-focussed team to deliver a range of project deliverables in a timely manner.
Collate, clean and process datasets relevant to project delivery, and use them to make actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Synthesise project work into reports and presentations for clients with limited sectoral knowledge.
Keep track of new developments and emerging trends within relevant ecosystem service markets.

Your profile

Requirements:

A loveÂ of nature and a strong commitment to help solve the climate and nature crises.

Strong understanding of ecosystem markets (carbon, biodiversity, water), with knowledge of the US context a plus.
Willingness to delve into the details to thoroughly understand a natural capital problem or opportunity.
Full proficiency in QGIS, with good knowledge of Python and SQL software integrations.
Strong data analysis skills across both qualitative (e.g. law/regulation) and quantitative contexts.
Ability to take initiative and work independently to deliver project work to a high standard.
