This is a remote position.
Scope:
Minimum 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday, anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM Miami, FL time
Operate during hours that align with your content creation schedule
Utilize social media management and analytics tools
Collaborate remotely with you and potentially other team members
Adapt strategies based on performance data and emerging trends
Responsibilities:
Analyze current social media performance and develop strategies for growth
Research and stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Collaborate with you to refine and expand your social media strategy
Create and manage content calendars for multiple platforms
Provide recommendations for content creation and optimization
Monitor social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports
Engage with followers and foster community growth
Assist in editing and optimizing video content for social media platforms
Requirements:
Proven experience in growing social media accounts (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and trends
Creativity and ability to adapt content for different platforms
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus
Knowledge of personal branding and thought leadership in the digital space
