Integrate/Automate/Improve financial model using Excel and VBA/Python
Automate approval process using Teams
Automate Sharepoint
Build JIRA dashboard
Extract data and build reports
Our ideal candidate has:
Ability to quickly learn, understand and breakdown complex, high-tech systems with multiple hardware and software components.
Microsoft Excel skills an asset
Microsoft Excel VBA an asset
Python for Excel an asset
Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
Analytical & data driven mindset an asset
Autonomous and proactive and can function well both individually and as part of a team.
Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills project and task management skills.
Preferred Education
Pursuing a/an college/undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
Location of the internship is CAE Montreal Campus.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
