In this exciting position as Contract Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Manager to onboard new agents and agencies and process new business. The successful candidate will value providing an exceptional onboarding experience and take great pride in delivering service excellence to agents and agencies.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate who will be responsible for contracting and certifying new agents and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Want to join a dynamic and fun team? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our organization as a Contract Specialist! In this position, you will have the exciting opportunity to onboard new agents and agencies and process enrollments. 

  • As a Contract Specialist, you will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve our onboarding process, automate certifications, and increase total contracts per agent for all lines of business. You will work closely with our sales team and provide top-notch agent services as needed. 

  • The successful candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a team player who can multi-task, problem-solve, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

  • Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on Medicare regulations and policies. In addition to healthcare knowledge, experience with market research, sales strategies, and competitive analysis is essential. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. 

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders is also important in this role. You will be expected to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal teams and external partners, including clients, vendors, and other healthcare organizations. 

  • As a member of our team, you must be able to think strategically and develop effective sales and marketing strategies that align with the goals of the organization. We are seeking a creative, driven, and result-oriented candidate with a proven track record of developing successful sales and marketing strategies. 

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is required. 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as sales, business development, or marketing. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is preferred. 

  • State Required Insurance License 

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals. 

  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including brokers, agents
