Job description

As an Assistant Talent Scout, you will assist our Sr. Talent Scouts in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in various sales disciplines and industries. This is an entry-level position with career advancement potential. The position includes a base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 and bonuses with a first-year earnings potential of $60,000+

THE POSITION

As an Assistant Talent Scout, you will assist our Sr. Talent Scouts in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in various disciplines and industries. You will source talent through LinkedIn, resume databases, networking, and other administrative duties. This is an entry-level position with career advancement and the goal of becoming a Talent Scout.

 

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

Our clients range from small to large multi-billion-dollar businesses, and we serve almost every industry.

 

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES

- Attending Virtual Client Visits (Zoom) & Discovery calls.

- Prepare Job Descriptions

- Identify and reach out to potential Candidates

- Schedule and perform video interviews

- Prepare documentation for qualified candidates to be sent to the client.

- Various other administrative duties.

 

SUPPORT & TRAINING

- 3 months of extensive training. 

- On-the-job training and ongoing support.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND.

  • 2 - 5 years of working experience.
  • Those without recruiting experience preferred (we will teach).
  • Career-focused with a passion for success.
  • History as an overachiever.
  • Great Interpersonal Skills.
  • Creative mindset
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong administrative and technical skills. 
  • Tenacious, competitive, with a "glass half full" attitude.

 

COMPENSATION

  • $45,000 - $50,000 base salary and bonuses 
  • First-year On Target Earnings with bonuses $60,000+
  • Second-year On Target Earnings with bonuses $70,000+
  • Top performers currently earning $80,000 + annually. 

 

EDUCATION

  • University or College Degree -  Psychology or Business related preferred.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Very, very strong computer and software skills.
  • Current with the latest work productivity software. (Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, CRM, ATS).
  • You typically quickly figure out technology yourself rather than needing technical support.
