About the Role:

The Senior Omnichannel Strategist will be at the forefront of crafting customer-centered strategies, with a focus on market research, journey mapping, and developing innovative omnichannel use cases. This role is ideal for someone naturally curious, design-minded, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences across healthcare audiences.

As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, the Senior Omnichannel Strategist will uncover insights, develop actionable strategies, and ensure alignment with client objectives. This position will balance creative thinking and strategic planning to optimize engagement and elevate customer experiences.

This is a remote opportunity that will report to a Senior Vice President, Omnichannel Strategy.

You will:

  • Design and execute customer experience initiatives, including in-depth market research, qualitative interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Create customer journey maps and service blueprints that visually illustrate the customer experience and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and refine omnichannel use cases, ensuring strategies deliver seamless, personalized interactions across digital and traditional channels.
  • Facilitate design-thinking workshops with clients and internal teams to generate innovative solutions and actionable strategies.
  • Partner with analytics teams to integrate data-driven insights into omnichannel strategies, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on emerging omnichannel trends, technologies, and customer engagement practices to inform innovative strategies.
  • Support business development efforts through strategic input on proposals and participation in client pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning.

You will bring:

  • 4+ years of agency experience with a foundation in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing
  • 2+ years in a digital strategy, engagement strategy, or channel planning role with hands-on experience developing integrated marketing plans
  • Experience marketing to patients and caregivers
  • An understanding of current and latest digital trends, channels, platforms, and technologies—both within and outside of healthcare
  • Discipline expertise: market research & insights, brand strategy, multichannel marketing (MCM), digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), relationship marketing (RM), customer segmentation, content marketing, marketing & sales automation, digital media, social media, search (SEO/SEM), event/experiential marketing, marketing analytics,
  • Hands-on experience with Web analytics platforms and social media listening tools
  • Hands-on experience with agency new business efforts, including proposal writing and pitching

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
