We Are:
RTB House is a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. You Will:

  • Have a pivotal influence on our technology landscape by contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our secure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. By integrating and implementing best-in-class security standards and practices throughout the software development lifecycle, you will proactively identify, address, and prevent vulnerabilities before they impact our systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce DevSecOps standards, ensuring that security is integrated into every stage of product development and delivery. Through a combination of cutting-edge technology, secure architecture design, and robust automation, your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, reliable, and compliant solutions that drive innovation and strengthen our defensive capabilities.

Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of secure and compliant systems, troubleshoot critical security issues, and implement scalable, security-focused solutions. Experience in mentoring peers, sharing DevSecOps best practices, and driving key projects through hands-on technical contributions with an emphasis on security.
  • Proven ability to streamline daily operations by developing automation scripts, refining CI/CD pipelines, and reinforcing cloud infrastructure security to enhance system reliability, performance, and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with engineering teams and stakeholders across the organization. Ability to work across disciplines to align infrastructure, deployment strategies, and security requirements, ensuring seamless integration, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
  • Skilled at addressing complex and unclear technical challenges with a security-first mindset. Capable of analyzing issues, defining objectives and compliance standards, and crafting efficient, secure solutions to meet project goals.
  • Commitment to delivering impactful results by prioritizing simple, effective, and secure solutions that enhance system performance. Proficient at identifying when to scale up to advanced tools and security methodologies while maintaining a focus on overall efficiency and compliance in design.
