Today there are 30,000 companies using dbt every week, 100,000 dbt Community members, and over 4,100 dbt Cloud customers. You can learn more about our values here.

dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist, EMEA to join our Revenue Marketing Team and drive growth in the region. This role will focus on executing and optimizing paid media campaigns to generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and fuel customer acquisition across EMEA.

As a key member of the team, you’ll craft targeted campaigns tailored to the unique dynamics of the EMEA market, collaborating closely with EMEA marketers and sales teams to ensure alignment with regional business priorities. Your expertise in paid media will play a central role in scaling our presence and driving measurable results in this high-growth region.

This role is open to applicants based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Lead paid media for EMEA by managing paid search, paid social, and content syndication campaigns to drive leads and pipeline growth. Collaborate with the global Paid Media Manager to align strategies and optimize regional performance.
  • Oversee EMEA paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Monitor expenses and performance to keep marketing spend aligned with regional goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Use data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and ensure objectives are met across the region.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, with a focus on improving conversion rates, engagement, and ROI. Leverage insights to implement best practices that maximize campaign results.
  • Optimize Google paid search campaigns by conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and landing page tests tailored to the region.
  • Partner with sales and regional teams to identify high-value target audiences, refine buyer personas, and design campaigns that deliver qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, including 4+ years of experience in paid search, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in planning and executing paid media campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactical, hands-on campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for cross-team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and effective marketing-sales alignment.
  • A mix of creativity and analytics with a focus on continuous improvement.

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Expertise in EMEA-specific marketing strategies, understanding regional nuances and market dynamics. Expertise in APAC-specific marketing strategies is also a plus.
  • Experience managing large budgets in Google Search Ads.
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience marketing to data personas, developer communities, Analytics Engineers, or in open source ecosystems.
  • A background in fast-paced, rapid-growth startups with proven adaptability and resourcefulness.

Who we are

At dbt Labs, we have developed strong opinions on how companies should practice analytics.

Specifically, we believe that:

  • Code-based transformations offer unmatched flexibility and transparency across various “multi-player” development to power everyone in the organization to collaborate on a common language
  • Data analysts should adopt similar practices and tools to software developers
  • Critical analytics infrastructure should be controlled by its users as open source software
  • Analytic code itself — not just analytics tools — will increasingly be open source

Our customers include JetBlue, Hubspot, Vodafone New Zealand, and Dunelm. dbt is synonymous with the practice of analytics engineering, defining an entire industry. We’re backed by top investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, and Altimeter.
