Job description

Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that effectively support business goals and enhance user experience.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs using declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to enhance Salesforce solutions.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and debugging of the Salesforce platform.
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, code, and system processes.
Document and implement test cases for quality assurance.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is advantageous.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
