Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Measure Success: Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance and inform future strategies.
Be a Thought Leader: Represent Spok at industry events and forums, sharing our vision and expertise with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in product management or strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, within or in support of the healthcare IT industry. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare technology, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments. Experience developing and implementing strategies for modernizing legacy software applications, enhancing their performance and functionality. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!
Strategic Mindset: Ability to define a compelling product vision and translate it into actionable strategies.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions that address their challenges.
Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
