Job description

1-year Contract

Part-time role: 20 hours per week, ideally from 3-7pm PT or 6-10pm ET. This position can be 100% remote, with a preference for candidates located on the West Coast.

The Revenue Marketing, Consumer Creative team is tasked with creating multi-channel creative marketing assets for select company brands. This team focuses on generating consumer revenue through subscriptions, including print, digital, and membership offerings, as well as through commerce via affiliate articles, storefronts, and partnerships.

We are seeking a Part-Time Production Designer to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch creatives to drive revenue for key Commerce brands.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Commerce Editorial, Brand, Content Operations, Marketing, Project Management, and Consumer Revenue Creative to maintain the visual identity of the company’s commerce content across various platforms and mediums.
  • Perform image editing tasks including stitching/collaging, retouching, resizing, and basic manipulation. Utilize platforms like Pixelz for silhouetting and retouching when time permits.
  • Create and organize a large volume of product cards for editorial content and product listing pages under tight deadlines, adhering to brand specifications and requirements.
  • Design and prepare logos, recirculation assets, and other on-site and off-platform visuals with a focus on typography.
  • Develop aesthetically pleasing visuals such as collages and templates for on-site, email, and social platforms upon request.
  • Generate and refine original visuals that are compelling and aligned with the brand identity.
  • Incorporate feedback and implement changes to creatives as needed.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, marketing, and/or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Willingness and capability to quickly learn new skills.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with publishing tools like Co-Pilot.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Airtable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Flexibility with day-to-day tasks and scheduling.
  • Remote work is supported.
  • Proven track record as an established and productive professional individual contributor.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
