Job description

InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will report into the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and play a critical role in connecting our product offerings to customer needs, focusing on market research, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate has a knack for storytelling, and a desire to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. 

You Will:
  • Assist in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates InvestorFlow’s solutions in the market. 
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. 
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights. 
  • Generate sales tools to enable direct sales and achieve GTM success, including but not limited to sales presentations, competitor battlecards, RFI / RFP / Proposal documents and answer libraries in all forms. 
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of InvestorFlow’s product offerings and market positioning. 
  • Light administrative work including scheduling deal reviews & implementation reviews designed to drive sales team effectiveness. 

  • You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and sales enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Previous fintech or financial services experience preferred!
