As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be crafting the product marketing function as the first hire, playing a key role in shaping and scaling our disruptive adtech / retail media offering. You’ll be the vital connection between our product and sales teams, transforming complex technology into engaging narratives that drive growth and resonate with our customers. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you’ll have a significant impact by crafting effective marketing strategies, leading product launches, and passionately advocating for our customers. Together, we’ll revolutionize the retail media landscape—one song at a time!
This role can be remote, though proximity to Boston or Dallas is strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like:
Develop product positioning and messaging that articulate Qsic's value proposition across various marketing and sales assets including case studies, sales materials, pitch decks, and other customer collateral
Collaborate with teams to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies that include use cases, verticals, sales enablement materials, and compelling narratives for new product releases focused on enhancing product adoption and driving revenue growth.
Act as our chief customer advocate that is the glue between marketing, sales and product.
Transform customer needs into product features by partnering with product management and sales
Lead product launches from strategy and messaging to channel strategy and measurement, collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Own market intelligence by tracking trends and analyzing the competitive landscape.
What You'll Bring:
5 to 7 years of experience in product marketing.
Expertise in AdTech and related industries: Retail media, retail, martech, and the broader technology ecosystem including digital media, SaaS, and agencies.
Experience forming partnerships to align and execute initiatives across product management, marketing, and sales teams.
Setting marketing strategy AND executing - You’re able to balance strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level team strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and doing competitive research. This is a startup and you will be doing both.
Product marketing depth: Core competencies in positioning, messaging, launch management, and partner marketing.
Marketing breadth: You understand channel, content, and comms strategy in addition to product marketing strategy.
Strong writing ability: You’ve written short-form and long-form content, and can point to examples of your writing.
