Description

We are looking for a full-time, remote, Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team!


The Customer Support Specialist will assist with important customer service and data entry duties while supporting our internal Account Management teams, client and Wellness Program participants. They will shine with exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and solid computer know-how.


This position is a fully remote position, with the option to work 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Eastern.  


 Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and respond to incoming emails that are directed to the Wellworks For You Customer Support team as they pertain to forms and data questions
  • Process high volume data entry of Wellness Program participation including overall program participation, visit verification, and health metrics
  • Accurately enter protected data into the Wellness Portal and maintain compliance with HIPAA
  • Receive and review customer forms submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with program participants regarding their form submissions as needed to ensure all information is entered correctly and completely
  • Review and audit previously entered forms for completeness and accuracy, communicating any discrepancies to the Customer Support Senior Manager and Account Manager as needed
  • Ensure all incoming forms are processed and/or audited within communicated deadline
  • Communicate with Wellness Coordinators and Managers to inform them of participation updates and program feedback
  • Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy
  • Assist with customer support activities, including calls, chats, and emails as needed
Requirements


  • 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferred
  • Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated

What is the work environment? 

  • This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc. 
  • This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired. 
  • Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your designated home office. You cannot work in a public location. 
  • Computer and VPN access are provided. Employee must provide their own internet access. 
  • The hours for this position are an 8 hour daytime shift, based on the selection at the time of offer.
