HALO is looking for a Program Account Coordinator responsible for the execution and maintenance of all aspects of program related projects. Projects include websites, marketing, and special projects. This role will be responsible for utilizing internal partnerships and external resources to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and financial success of each program's projects.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the program to meet requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Docs and Contract
  • Support multiple Program Managers and Account Executives with special client requests, events, and product orders
  • Own and coordinate with the shared services teams, assignments and the following tasks:

- Engaging the Copy Writer

- Web tickets

- Customer Master docs completion and submission to AR

- Creating web templates

- Running and formatting standard reports

- Basic proofing/reviewing of online store

- Pricing checks for ERP match on online store

- Working with Merchandising Team to track inventory availability for new launch or refresh

- Create DOI specifics for review by Program Account Manager, and basic DOI testing

  • Assist Program Manager with preparing content for internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
  • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
  • Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
  • Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
  • Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required
  • Basic marketing, business math, and accounting knowledge
  • Ability to effectively provide, receive, and respond positively to constructive feedback

Preferred Experience

  • Associate’s degree strongly preferred
  • Prior promotional products industry experience preferred


 

Compensation:  The estimated base hourly rate for this position is between $17 and $28 per hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
