Enterprise Customer Focus
Understand the unique needs and functions of existing and potential enterprise customers using Atlassian tools.
Act as a liaison between enterprise customers and the team to align product strategies with customer expectations.
Product Strategy Execution
Execute product strategies in alignment with company priorities, such as data center to cloud migration.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and the team to address challenges and deliver high-performing, secure apps.
Team Coordination
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration to achieve product goals.
Drive decision-making in ambiguous environments and champion innovation within the team.
Customer Success & Support
Build enterprise support plans and packages from the ground up, aimed at creating differentiated offerings to address the unique needs of enterprise customers.
Develop customer success initiatives that enhance satisfaction and ensure customers derive maximum value from our products.
Work closely with the team, including engineers and support members, to enhance customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
Monitor and address feedback from enterprise customers to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with their needs.
Market and Industry Insights
Stay informed on industry trends, enterprise challenges, and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Proven experience working with or in enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of their needs and operations.
Background in customer-facing roles such as customer success, support, or account management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of executing product strategies and achieving business goals.
Self-driven and comfortable navigating uncertainty and complexity.
Strong communication skills, including good verbal and written proficiency in Englisch.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers and stakeholder.
Good to have
Experience creating and driving Enterprise Support programs or similar customer success initiatives.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools and the broader Atlassian ecosystem.
Understanding of data center to cloud migration challenges and opportunities.
Track record of delivering stable, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Exposure to working in cross-functional, agile teams.
Fluency in German.
