Requirements

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in the Australian, New Zealand, and parts of the ASEAN markets (e.g., the Philippines). The ideal candidate will target SMEs and mid-sized companies, identifying opportunities to offer a range of services, including outsourcing, digital marketing, IT recruitment, and custom IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development:

    • Build and manage a pipeline of SME and mid-sized company leads in ANZ and ASEAN regions.
    • Identify and engage with potential clients for outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, audit, virtual assistance, and salary processing.
    • Promote digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with niche professionals like lawyers and dentists to offer bookkeeping and digital marketing services.
    • Pitch outsourcing and IT solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • IT Recruitment & Project Delivery:

    • Identify clients needing IT recruitment services and supply qualified candidates to meet their needs.
    • Facilitate partnerships for custom IT projects, ensuring project delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Strategy & Collaboration:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the ANZ and ASEAN regions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize and deliver solutions to clients.
    • Provide inputs for improving service offerings based on market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development with a focus on ANZ and ASEAN markets.
  • Strong understanding of SME and mid-sized company needs, particularly for outsourcing and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with IT recruitment and custom IT projects is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
