Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Flexible during client's business hours (4 hrs per day)  with a meeting every Thursday at 10:00 AM UK time

Role Overview

We are looking for an Airtable Specialist with excellent knowledge of Airtable, extensive experience in automations, and a strong understanding of integrating data from external platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Airtable Management & Optimisation

  • Design, develop, and optimise Airtable bases for lead tracking, reporting, and client interactions.

  • Create intuitive interfaces to enable clients to view data and update lead outcomes efficiently.

  • Implement best practices for Airtable setup, ensuring scalability and usability.


  1. Data Integration & Automation

  • Use Datafetcher to pull data from Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other sources into Airtable.

  • Build and maintain automations using Airtable Automations, Zapier, and Make.com to connect workflows across tools.

  • Ensure seamless data synchronisation between Airtable and other platforms to enable accurate reporting.


  1. Reporting & Insights

  • Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Airtable for internal teams and clients.

  • Ensure all data imported into Airtable is accurate, timely, and presented in actionable formats.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reports and visualisations to meet business needs.


  1. Client-Focused Solutions

  • Design user-friendly Airtable interfaces to enhance client experience.

  • Work closely with the team to gather feedback and continuously improve system usability.

  • Provide ongoing support for other team members to effectively use Airtable tools.


  1. Support

  • Support internal team members on Airtable best practices, automations, and integrations.

  • Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving Airtable-related issues.

  • Document workflows, processes, and guides to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.


  1. Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify areas for system improvement, process optimisation, and automation.

  • Stay updated on Airtable, Datafetcher, and automation tools to implement new features and capabilities.



Requirements
  • Proven experience with Airtable, including advanced features like scripting and interface design.

  • Expertise in creating and managing Airtable automations and integrations with tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Datafetcher.

  • Strong understanding of data management and workflow optimization.

  • Experience in building dynamic reports and dashboards within Airtable.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
