Job Description

Embark on an exciting short-term project as a Data Entry Specialist with a leading F&B company in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a pivotal financial analysis initiative that will drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll be at the forefront of processing and organizing critical payment data, providing valuable insights that will help shape the company’s future in the competitive F&B landscape. Responsibilities
  • Extract and compile extensive data sets from the company’s sophisticated payment platform
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Excel files, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Perform meticulous cross-checking of card issuer countries for each transaction
  • Implement and maintain a robust system for data entry, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate remotely with the company’s team to ensure data aligns with project goals
  • Contribute to the creation of a bin list for streamlined financial analysis
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
  • Provide regular progress updates to the project manager


Requirements
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on data management and analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and financial data (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity during repetitive tasks
  • Excellent time management skills to handle approximately 60,000 lines of data within the project timeframe
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
  • Availability to work full-time (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) for a 2-3 month project duration
  • Ability to operate within Singapore time zone (9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday)
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively and provide clear updates
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
