Job description

  • Enter data into spreadsheets to track various business operations and client information.
  • Call treatment centers to schedule appointments for presentations, promoting the program to potential partners.
  • Make phone calls to treatment centers to arrange appointments with discharge coordinators for follow-up discussions.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files for easy access and clarity.
  • Order supplies from Amazon or other websites, ensuring all necessary items are procured for smooth operations.
  • Compare prices across different vendors to ensure the best value for products and services.
  • Input client data into appropriate systems and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure all bills for six properties are on autopay and accurately recorded in spreadsheets for financial tracking.
  • Monitor rent payments to confirm timely receipt for all properties.
  • Gather client reviews when possible to assess program feedback and improve services.
  • Provide additional support in completing various duties as needed, ensuring efficient operations across the organization.
