Job description

• Process weekly payroll using Xero.
• Manage rostering using Deputy, which syncs with Xero.
• Manually enter split shift allowances during school terms.
• Perform Xero reconciliations by matching receipts entered by services to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and send contracts to new staff using company templates.
• Follow up on outstanding family payments via text or phone call.
• Learn and understand the Australian Childcare Subsidy as it applies to most families.
• Review and audit service rosters to ensure compliance with legal rostering requirements.
• Handle payments for invoices, superannuation, and taxes.
• Provide basic marketing assistance using Canva and Facebook.
• Communicate with families regarding outstanding debt with the company via phone or email.
