Location: LATAM

The Role: 

 

  • Communication Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive digital communications strategy aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, continuously updating it to incorporate new projects and investments.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends in higher education, marketing methodologies, and best practices to ensure campaigns are relevant, effective, and impactful.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, maintain consistency across touchpoints, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining marketing processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and increasing efficiency.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain a repository of marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, templates, brochures, one-pagers, whitepapers, e-books, and other assets, ensuring materials are aligned with brand messaging and company objectives.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Develop, review, and oversee the distribution of marketing materials while managing the design and creation of assets, such as audiovisual pieces and promotional materials.
  • Digital Media Management: Maintain a consistent flow of publication and updates for 1Mentor by QS’s digital media channels, including the website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring all content aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Website Management: Ensure the company website is updated regularly with valuable content to engage and inform audiences effectively.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media communications to promote the brand, engage with customers, and support key projects.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing marketing events by creating promotional texts, titles, scripts, and other materials to drive engagement.
  • Lead Management: Build, manage, and maintain lead and customer segment databases to support targeted marketing and sales outreach efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the brand’s performance and projects using defined measurement standards to assess goal achievement and results.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and analytics as requested by management to provide insights into marketing performance.





Skills and Experience Required:


Candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar role or demonstrate an aptitude for the role. In addition, candidates should be:

    •  Professional experience in marketing, content development, or similar, preferably within the higher education sector, demonstrating an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate effectively across teams, and align efforts with broader goals.
    • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective written and verbal communication in a bilingual environment.
    • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and NetSuite, with the ability to use them effectively to support marketing, sales, and business development efforts.
    • A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for the responsibilities of the role.
    • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative, make decisions autonomously, and drive projects forward independently.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in managing administrative and operational tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing resources and tasks to meet deadlines and company objectives.
    • Demonstrated understanding of team goals and the ability to align individual contributions toward achieving them.
