Controller (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

• Übernahme von eigenständigen Bereichen im Rahmen des operativen Business Controllings

• Mitverantwortlich für das Erstellen und die Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens (inkl. Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen, Investitionsrechnungen etc.)

• Koordination von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen

• Weiterentwicklung der Kennzahlensysteme

• Mitwirkung & Initiator beim Working Capital Management

• Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung

• Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Effizienzverbesserung

• Übernahme eigener zusätzlicher Projekte, sowie Bearbeitung von Ad hoc Fragestellungen

• Möglichkeit zur Spezialisierung: Ansprechpartner in sämtlichen kaufmännischen Fragestellungen mit einem Fokus auf den Bereich ESG/Sustainability

Stärken:

• Abgeschlossene akademische oder Fachhochschulausbildung (Betriebswirtschaft)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling

• Gute Prozesskenntnisse und -affinität

• Sehr hohe IT-Affinität insbesondere SAP, BI Tools und MS Office (sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sind ein Muss)

• Hohes Maß an Einsatz und Eigeninitiative

• Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Ergebnisorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Dienstleistungsmentalität

• Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, akkurate Arbeitsweise
