Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of payroll. Manages the paycycle events, oversees funding, and ensures compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
  • Ability to focus on several moderately complex business activities. Demonstrates subject matter expertise by advancing more technical concepts unique to role, problem-solving and analysis.
  • Regularly engaged with business partners or auditors to facilitate understanding of transactions and activities. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Ensures accurate and timely delivery of payroll.
  • Manages the paycycle events including pay calculations, pay completions, and settlements.
  • Assists with validations and resolves discrepancies. Researches and analyzes information.
  • Ensures timely resolution of issues, monitors service level agreements, and assists with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with audit, RCSA and other special deliverables.
  • Oversees payroll funding including inter company taxes and garnishment.
  • Manages accurate and processing of year end activities.
  • Provides functional expertise regarding Payroll and Tax systems. Implements process improvements.
  • Develops and implements projects for payroll related system enhancements.
  • Develops and updates training documentation and plans. Ensures DTPS and controls are accurate and effective

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors in Finance or related
  • 8+ years in Payroll processing
  • 4+ years in Payroll Tax Filing (Multi-State)
  • 2+ years in Payroll Garnishment Processing
  • In Lieu of education experience, 8+ years Senior Payroll Analyst
  • Certified Payroll Professional

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
