We are currently searching for an SAP Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support business teams during transitions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and other documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
Expertise in change management, including planning and executing change initiatives.
Proven ability to drive change and manage resistance within business teams.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Languages:

Advanced English.
Portuguese fluency is mandatory.
Native Spanish.
