As a Senior HR Benefits Analyst, you'll support health and insurance benefits administration. Your contributions are crucial for the smooth operation of our HR Total Rewards business group.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in daily activities of the benefits team. Focusing on health and insurance, and providing support in leave administration, time-off, and retirement.
  • Researching and responding to health, insurance, and retirement plan inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assisting in the execution of yearly open enrollment processes for the US/Puerto Rico and Canada.
  • Owning the testing of Workday releases and platform updates under the benefits function.
  • Leading compliance-related items and audits such as SAR, Form 5500, and ACA Reporting.
  • Maintaining the retirement and new hire benefits orientation materials.
  • Developing communications for health and insurance information and ensuring content on our platform is current.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of compensation programs, including those related to mergers or acquisitions.
  • Managing billing, invoices, funding process for payment benefits, and reconciling financial and payroll activity for retirement.

Requirements

  • Have a HS Diploma; a background in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Possess a solid foundation of experience in health and insurance benefits. Demonstrating proficiency and expertise in the field
  • Have progressive experience in project management and vendor management.
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Essential

  • Be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Have experience with Workday or other cloud-based systems and working with plan-related documents.
  • Demonstrate Lean Six Sigma discipline for process improvement.
  • Be capable of handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

52,500 USD

Maximum :

83,300 USD
