Role & responsibilities
1.. Operational Strategy & Execution

Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Design and optimize business workflows, tools, and processes to ensure seamless execution across departments.
Collaborate with leadership to align operations with business goals.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze Operation datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for operational decision-making.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams such as Practice, Sales & Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR to streamline operations.
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Collate the MIS Reports, CxO decks, etc and aid to fine tune the same.

4. Continuous improvement

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.

5. Governance

Govern Operation KPIs of Practice and other units
Govern Financial metrics like Revenue forecasting, Cost savings Planning & Governance
Progress tracking & reporting

Preferred candidate profile

A positive attitude with a flair for driving organization wide initiatives
• Awareness and some experience in working in the CIS & AEG environment
and the new tools/solutions in the industry
• AI skillsets, Statistical analysis and Tools related to statistical analysis,
• Power BI
