The CCBS Requirements

To thrive at CCBS as a per-diem BCBA, you’ll need:

• A valid BCBA certification.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional, respectful communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA in varied settings, including telehealth.
• Expertise in caregiver training and a commitment to fostering collaboration.
• The ability to adapt to ongoing changes in our field, including policy updates and client availability.
• A neurodiversity-affirming, culturally sensitive, and person-centered approach to treatment.
• Proactive engagement in self-care to remain an effective and involved clinician.
