Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing our services and qualifying them based on predetermined criteria.
  • Lead Categorization: Accurately categorize leads in the CRM system, ensuring proper segmentation based on interest level, readiness to buy/sell, and other relevant criteria.
  • CRM Notes: Record detailed notes in the CRM system after each call, documenting important information, actions taken, and follow-up tasks.
  • Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls or actions for leads as necessary to ensure smooth communication and relationship-building.

Acquisitions:

  • Cash Buyers List Building: Research and identify potential cash buyers for properties, and maintain a growing list of qualified buyers.
  • Gathering Buying Criteria: Engage with cash buyers to gather specific buying preferences and criteria (e.g., property type, location, price range) to better match deals with their needs.

Dispositions:

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and progress toward building the cash buyers list.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in real estate cold calling and lead generation.
    • Strong understanding of real estate acquisitions and dispositions processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
