Job description

We're looking for a specialist engineer with experience in Live2D models to help build next-generation AI avatar experiences for web applications. You'll be responsible for implementing high-performance Live2D model rendering, animation systems, and real-time lip sync features.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement Live2D model integration for our web applications
  • Build robust animation and lip sync systems for AI-driven character interactions
  • Optimize rendering performance across desktop and mobile web platforms
  • Design and implement real-time character expression systems
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate language models with character animations

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Live2D Cubism SDK and runtime
  • Strong experience with WebGL/WebGPU
  • Deep understanding of animation systems
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other character systems (VRoid, VTuber tools)
  • Background in game development
  • Experience with React and Next.js
  • Knowledge of WebAssembly optimization
