Regional Sales Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the food service and retail industries
  • Proven track record of closing deals with food service and retail clients
  • Experience managing pricing discussions, terms, and negotiations
  • Previous experience working with clients like ATB, Albertsons, Safe Way, Fiesta Foods, and United Markets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work independently

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales territory across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, and Arkansas
  • Build relationships with key retail and food service clients, including Costco, Kroger, and others
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop a strategic plan to drive business growth
