Job Summary
The Career Services Specialist will primarily provide comprehensive support to CSU Global Career Services. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for University stakeholders to ensure student, alumni, faculty, and staff needs are met in this area, in collaboration with career coaches and resume reviewers. Additionally, this role will be the primary individual responsible for managing the daily operations and tracking of service provisioning and student satisfaction of the Career Center, including responding to student, staff, and faculty inquiries and managing the career services platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the provision of career development support, resources, and coaching to students both on a one-on-one basis, and through one-to-many resources including webinars, self-help guides, and similar resources as tracked and measured via student feedback from Noel Levitz Priorities Survey, CSU Global Surveys, Student Feedback Sessions.
- Create and maintain a tracking grid for all projects, work, and communications, including measurable impact.
- Support students seeking to complete an optional internship, apprenticeship, or other type of work experience as part of their academic program and work with the Program Directors on final review and approval.
- Provide support and professional development to industry-specific career coaches and resume reviewers for ongoing skill development and training, so that they are providing the most current and relevant career information to CSU Global learners, including conducting quarterly QA reviews of coaching calls to ensure high levels of student satisfaction.
- Create a quarterly Student Services newsletter, identifying content in collaboration with part-time Career Center staff, Program Managers, and other interested internal stakeholders, in addition to providing career and support services content for the monthly newsletter sent out by the Communications & External Relations office.
- Receive and respond to communications directed to the career.center@csuglobal.edu and internships@csuglobal.edu email addresses, among other delegated monitored inboxes, with the one-business day SLA.
- Ensure that the Career Center platform has updated and industry-relevant content and resources and identifying new resources.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated success with coaching provisioning services based on identifiable outcomes.
- Two (2) years of experience in recruiting, career development, human resources, or a closely related field.
- Two (2) years of experience as a system administrator, managing users, content updates, and low-level troubleshooting.
- One (1) year of experience working in student support within higher education.

- None. This position is fully remote.

Total Compensation
Salary $22 - $24 per hour
