Job Title: Remote Paid Search Ads and Google Analyst (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,166 USD per month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ET or 9:00am - 6:00pm ET with a 1-hour lunch each day.

Our client creates tools, digital campaigns, and events that enable businesses to maximize sales. They are seeking a Paid Search Ads and Google Analyst to join their team who listens intently, concepts quickly, creates with a purpose, executes with thoroughness, and analyzes data like a scholar.

Their ideal candidate loves data and can innovate, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns while providing first-class support to their clients and colleagues. They are looking for talented, motivated, and highly collaborative individuals to bring expertise and a forward-thinking approach to their team.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A top-notch senior digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team while leading and mentoring other analysts.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and act as key advisor on Google Analytics, PowerBI, and other reporting tools to analyze and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Perform end-to-end analyses that identify key drivers of emerging trends to drive digital marketing efficiencies and optimizations and deliver actionable next step recommendations to partners.
  • Perform complex, comprehensive analyses and provide expert advice on various topics, while providing timely and accurate information to key stakeholders to fuel data-driven decisions
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for success measures, KPI strategy, and product health measures across multiple product teams.
  • Guide stakeholders in crafting a measurement strategy for their area and support their analytics needs to enable data driven decision making.
  • Engage stakeholders through storytelling that connects the data collected to the stakeholder objectives, told in a concise organized fashion.
  • Mentor, coach, and encourage less senior analysts to advance their skillsets and competencies
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required (equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree)
  • 3+ years of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads experience
  • 3+ years of Google Analytics experience
  • 3+ years of Meta Advertising experience
  • Expert in Google ads - Handled ad spent in the thousands at least ($1500/month+)
  • Expert using data visualization tools
  • Expert using Google Tag Manager.
  • Google Ads Certifications required.
