We Are Hiring Two Dynamic and Driven KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS for the Middle East Region!

These positions are critical to our mission of driving sales and business development for telecom passive materials in the Middle East. Each role will focus on a specific set of territories:

  • Role 1: GCC (Oman, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait)
  • Role 2: Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan

LOCATION:

  • Preferred: Oman or UAE
  • Other locations within the GCC


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of network operators end customers within the specified region.
  • Strengthen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities to position Dura-Line products.
  • Deliver product presentations to customers, clients, and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical specifications and advantages.
  • Manage distribution channels and collaborate with distributors to maximize market penetration.
  • Lead the preparation of tender documents, RFQs, technical and commercial proposals, and strategic participation in bids.
  • Engage with consultants to position Dura-Line in projects across Telecom, Ministries, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales and revenue collection plans.
  • Identify new revenue streams through alliances, partnerships, and value-added services such as turnkey installations and training programs.


SKILLSET & EXPERIENCE:

  • A degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, or Sciences) or equivalent telecom industry technical knowledge (preferred: Engineering Degree with MBA).
  • Strong technical understanding of telecom passive materials, including fiber cables, ducts, and fiber accessories, and their installation processes.
  • Familiarity with network operators and key stakeholders within the respective region.
  • Previous exposure to the GCC region and other specified territories.
  • Proven track record in telecom sales, focusing on passive products.
  • Experience engaging with telecom operators, distributors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ability to conduct seminars and technical workshops.
  • Energetic and self-driven, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
