Are you skilled in Revit? Do you enjoy working independently? We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to collaborate with our client, a Georgia-based architectural firm. What you’ll do

:Lead the design and development of guest-centric hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and leisure-focused properties
.Create and optimize space planning layouts tailored for interior design projects with a focus on hospitality
.Develop high-quality renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and project visions
.Use Revit as your primary tool for design and documentation, ensuring precision and consistency across all deliverables
.Produce detailed design documents and plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements
.Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients, vendors, and contractors when needed for international or bilingual projects
.Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging design technologies

What you must hav

e:10+ years of proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects in hospitality, particularly hotel
s.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fiel
d.Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated expertise in both technical and creative aspect
s.Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processe
s.An advanced level of Spanish & English (written and verbal
).Strong attention to detail and accuracy to minimize errors and revision
