Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular (2+), TypeScript, and Angular Material;
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for robust and scalable applications;
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and visually appealing user interfaces;
  • Participate in Agile team processes, contributing to planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives;
  • Identify and address UX issues, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces;
  • Implement changes and enhancements that improve the overall user experience;
  • Profile and optimize application performance for speed and scalability;
  • Develop unit tests for user interfaces and ensure applications meet quality standards;
  • Offer constructive feedback to designers and customers to enhance product usability;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Angular trends and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in creating and maintaining Single Page Applications in Angular (2+), TypeScript in a production project;
  • Have experience using Angular Material;
  • HTML and CSS are in your comfort zone;
  • Know how to fetch and update data from a server, and what are the common pitfalls;
  • You have a keen sense for poor UX and can easily pinpoint issues. You understand what needs to be improved and know how to implement changes that enhance the overall user experience;
  • You know Git and how to use Git Flow (to collaborate using Pull Requests);
  • Have experience working in Agile teams;
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking;
  • Have experience with SignalR for implementing real-time communication, such as live updates and notifications;
  • Have experience working with Leaflet or Google Maps, including functionalities such as interactive map rendering, geolocation, markers, popups, route plotting, or integrating map-based data visualizations.


Good to have:

  • Know how to profile and optimize the performance of an app;
  • Have experience with the Ionic framework to build cross-platform mobile applications, including integration of native device features with Capacitor;
  • Have worked with Chart.js for creating interactive charts and using plugins like annotations;
  • Have been unit-testing your UIs;
  • Have knowledge of CI/CD tools to automate and streamline build, test, and deployment processes;
  • Have contributed to an open-source project.
