Job Description
IAA, an RB Global Inc. company is seeking an Operational Trainer to join the team.
The Operational Trainer is responsible for training new and existing employees on the applications and workflow in a branch, through their operational knowledge of branch functionality and thorough understanding of IAA Standard business practices. This involves formulating a training plan and working it to its completion. The person in this position will facilitate the integration of new branches by understanding their business practices and integrating them into IAA policies and procedures.
The Operational Trainer will work remotely but does need to reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities
Assess an operational situation and status of an employee or branch and organize a plan of action.
Assist in the development of new training programs.
Coordinate and plan the training for a branch and its employees.
Facilitate a variety of training presentations to groups of all sizes.
Analyze workflow within a branch and interact with employees to suggest improvements.
Update existing training programs as necessary to reflect IAA’s Best Practices
Participate in User Acceptance Testing to recommend changes to applications.
Analyze and recommend changes to designs affecting field users.
Must be cross-functional on all branch positions.
This position requires up to 75% travel
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
3 years’ IAA business knowledge and branch experience preferred.
Open to travel requirements up to 75% for work purposes
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Functional experience with IAA Operating system preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary.
Candidate must show a demonstrable history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization.

The expected compensation range for this role falls between $65,000 -$75,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role also qualifies for up to 7.5% of their annual salary in an incentive performance bonus.
