As a full-service alternative energy company, our client uses their technical expertise to design, build, and manage innovative energy solutions. They currently have an exciting opening for an experienced Process Analysis Manager to work a 12-month contract to perm role.

They are seeking an experienced Manager of Process Analysis to lead business service projects and drive organizational improvements. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in change management, project leadership, and process optimization in fast-paced environments

Process Analysis Manager duties:

• Evaluate software systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and address bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, training, and documentation.
• Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
• Monitor and evaluate business process changes for effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and ensure the reliability of new systems and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends to integrate best practices and innovative approaches.
• Manage a direct report (Business Analyst)

Process Analysis Manager skills, and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry with knowledge of data techniques and software.
• Proven experience in change management and project management, with tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Familiarity with data management concepts, including visualization and analysis, is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive positive outcomes.

Process Analysis Manager rewards:

• A negotiable hourly rate (c$44-55)
• 12+ Month contract
• Remote working
