Growth Hacker

This role is centered on driving growth for Kajabi Communities, with potential to expand across Kajabi's product portfolio. It sits within the Growth organization, with a clear long-term trajectory in Product as a Growth PM once milestones are met.

Primary stakeholders include the Kajabi Communities team—Product, Engineering, Design, Leadership, and Marketing. A deliberate partnership with Growth Product and Marketing teams ensures alignment on strategic goals. Long-term scope extends to cross-functional collaboration across the organization, including the Creator Tools team, maintaining a strong relationship with Growth Product and Marketing for consistent execution and scaling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Ahead of Trends
    • Stay on top of latest trends, growth techniques, and best practices.
    • Propose innovative ideas to drive new user acquisition and adoption and build brand awareness
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies
    • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
    • Create and implement user acquisition plans.
    • Channels include email, paid ads, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, Threads, etc. and occasionally, in-product experimentation.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Social teams to align on goals and implement growth initiatives.
    • Provide feedback to improve product-market fit based on user interactions.
  • Community Building and Engagement
    • Engage with our online communities to promote our products authentically.
    • Partner with key influential customers to drive more brand awareness & market acquisition.
  • Run Data-Driven Experiments:
    • Design and conduct experiments to drive customer growth
    • Experiment across available channels including but not limited to owned and operated, paid, influencer, social, etc.
    • Spin up landing pages & websites (eg Webflow)
  • Analyze results 
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hex) to track and interpret data.
    • Bonus: Use basic coding or scripting to automate tasks and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Document and Share Learnings
    • Log records of experiments, outcomes, and insights.
    • Share best practices and lessons learned with the team to scale successful strategies.

Pay Range

This role will begin as a 2 week trial and, if selected, it will become a contract role. 

US based compensation range - 

Trail Range - $50.00-$55.00 an hour 

Contract Range - 55.00- $65.00 an hour
