We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our team! 

The Sr Creative Strategist is responsible for cross-platform creative concept ideation, data-driven variation testing, and beginning-to-end video production for all of Ready Set’s ads for paid social. Working with their Creative Team Lead, the Creative Strategist is responsible for the creative and performance side to a client relationship and collaborates with Client Success Managers and Project Managers to understand how to integrate client marketing objectives into a creative proposal. 

 

What you will do:

  • Pitching creative concepts to clients across multiple platforms
  • Briefing creative team (Producers, Creative Directors, and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end 
  • Understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high-impact, data-driven variations
  • Works across 2-3 clients and integrates client feedback and marketing plan into creative strategy on a micro and macro level 

 

 

What you are good at:

  • Previous client-facing experience at a digital agency 
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube 
  • Understanding of key social media trends 
  • Understanding of key social media performance metrics
