Russian speaking Affiliate Manager

Our iGaming client is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who is a native or fluent Russian speaker to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, particularly in online casino, and a proven track record of success in managing affiliate partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and revenue growth within the iGaming sector.
• Negotiate and implement affiliate contracts and promotions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, analyzing key metrics to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and analytics) to ensure affiliates are provided with the right tools and support.
• Regularly communicate with affiliates to maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support and training.
• Track and report on affiliate performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
• Manage bonus and incentive programs, including tracking NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) growth.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian, both spoken and written.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of iGaming affiliate marketing and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
