OVERVIEW 

Job Summary: Expert in Medical Strategy requiring extensive knowledge in specialized markets to support business initiatives


Specific Functions and Responsibilities:

· Expert in overall business medical strategy and alignment on the appropriate focus areas within.

· Primary subject matter expert in the Company technology and in the standard of care required.

· Clear understanding of Clinical evidence and FDA regulatory norms.

· Clear understanding of market best practices and product usage in industries.

· Manage cost effective, clinician and regulatory functionality in the industry.

· KOL relationships and management of improvements and retentions. 

· Market relationships related to clinical evidence and fellowship engagement.

· Stakeholder education assistance and support as required. 

· Assist in long range plan execution and effectiveness within.

Education or Formal Training Required: Position typically requires a PhD in a Medical discipline.


Qualification Required: (soft skills):

· Ability to create & summarize complex initiatives into meaningful analysis to facilitate strategic decision making. 

· Strong and hands-on leader that is team oriented and highly strategic with the market to align with business needs.

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, & PowerPoint.

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and within a matrix structure
