We are hiring a Project Manager, Intermediate to join our team!
Must reside in California - Remote position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Under general supervision, the Intermediate Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of medium to large scale projects.
- Defines project objectives, scope and success measures in collaboration with Director, Senior Project Managers or project sponsor.
- Develops and maintains project documents, including charters and plans; obtains approval as required.
- Proactively manages and coordinates project activities; takes timely and effective action as required.
- Identifies and selects internal and external project resources, including third party consultants; submits for approval; manages resources.
- Conducts and communicates project post mortems, including the identification of successes and areas for improvement; incorporates into future projects.
- Facilitates the use and understanding of best practice project management policies, procedures, processes, tools and standards.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of health plan functions and interactions.
What you Have:
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree; and
- At least three years as a project manager; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
- Experience as a project manager in a healthcare and/or managed care environment.
Licenses, Certifications
