Job description

In this role, you will be assisting the CEO and Founder with all aspects of the business and occasionally, aspects of her personal life. Being successful in this role will require the ability to learn quickly, be solution oriented, and a self-starter. You will also be interacting with our employees as well as clients of the business, which requires constant action to bias, high level of daily productivity, genuine sense of warm hospitality, and extremely polished and polite communication. We are seeking extremely organized and resourceful professionals with natural relationship building skills.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring all general information email accounts and telephone lines with extreme promptness.
• Helping the CEO with any all scheduling matters.
• Ordering tools and supplies for the company.
• Booking meeting rooms and requesting repair and maintenance within the physical office.
• Inventory and ordering of all supplies and goods. • Professional correspondence with all company advisors and vendors.
• Track and manage payable invoices due to the company, ensuring timely payment.
• Attend to any customer service requests and ensure a 5 star experience.
• Researching and organizing meetings, reservations, travel, parties, and events as needed.
• Creating social media ads through Canva and managing social media calendar.
• Managing the website and company social media pages as needed on a regular basis.
• Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for CEO.
• Compiling a detailed training guide throughout the training period.
• Researching and integrating technology tools for the business.
• Alerting CEO of any emergencies or important matters to attend to.
• Asking for google reviews and assisting with any other marketing responsibilities. • Adhering in all professional relationships, internal and external, and affairs to a strong code of moral and ethical behavior including but not limited to transparency, respect, and honesty. Theft, harassment, insubordination, or dishonesty of any kind will result in immediate termination
