Project description: The COODE IIOT Portfolio deals with the implementations of Aveva PI infrastructure and reporting for Power Plants in Germany, Benelux, UK and Sweden.

Tasks:

1) Project Understanding

The overall goal of the project is to establish harmonized IIOT PI Reporting framework with transparency for any existing reports for the operating assets, as well as the creation and transfer into a standard framework.

In order to further leverage the implemented PI System in terms of Reporting a Project Manager is required to ensure the proper Reporting implementation of Live Dashboards, KPI Reporting & Data Strategy for all the IIOT project for the customeers Assets.

2) Tasks

a) Understanding of the current Reporting options and making proposal on best practice implementation based on own expertise with regards to the topics of project plans and reporting implementations, which will be signed off by the customer.

b) Definition of the reporting implementation based on own expertise required for the individual reporting scopes which are received from the end users at the different power plant sites in Germany, UK, Benelux and Sweden, with further details provided by the customer.

c) Provision of a transparent overview of current Reporting implementation and new future additions provided to the Hiring Manager and Plants as part of a results presentation. The results will then be signed off by the customer.

d) Proposal of a high-level layout of new reports for Dashboards and Reports as part of the PI Eco System based on own professional experience. Presentation of the proposed new reports to the customer for a sign-off before further use.

e) Provision of a project progress overview of the individual reporting implementations within the PI Eco System function, which will be presented on a weekly basis. The implementation will then be done by PI Experts according to the project time line.

Clear appearance as an external consultant of the customer whenever interacting with external parties.

Voraussetzungen

Must haves:

Project management experience,

Understanding of reporting design layouts,

Stakeholder management skills,

 English,

We are not looking for a senior, but at least 3-4 years of experience in project management.

Nice to have:

Aveva PI. German.
