The Opportunity:

The Product Management Specialist is a member of our Product Management function. This position is responsible for assisting the Product Management team with broad support of projects and tasks. A key priority of the Product Management Specialist is the gathering and sharing of information about our products, as well as data related to key performance indicators.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management or other leadership within the function, depending on business needs. It will generally support multiple product lines.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

Business Acumen: Leverage a foundational knowledge of the Product Management function and general business principles while quickly learning the business, products, and processes within scope of assigned responsibilities.
Effective Prioritization: Understand the strategic priorities and make informed decisions that will effectively and efficiently support execution. Collaborate with Product Management leadership while having latitude to manage individual workload.
Cross-functional Partnership: Provide timely, consistent, and productive information to enable the Sales organization and others to meet the needs of our customers. Take initiative and work effectively with business partners.
Portfolio Management: Enable product development and product lifecycle initiatives with administrative support and cross-functional coordination of deliverables.
Data & Metrics: Define, analyze, and report on KPIs that capture the value customers are receiving, supporting Product Managers and the organization in data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Do:

Establish a strong knowledge of assigned product lines and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
Communicate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to answer customer questions.
Gather and share product information important to cross-functional partners.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop product marketing & sales assets.
Assist with product trainings to the rest of the organization.
Provide various other support to the Product Management department as directed.
