- Support and configure HRIS systems
- Collect and analyze HR data
Support, configure, develop, test, implement, maintain and administers the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) related to payroll, performance, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and human capital management (e.g. Workday, UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Ceridian Dayforce Payroll). Collect and analyze data to improve HR strategies and processes. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within HRIS. Consult with clients to determine HRIS needs. Oversees the development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, policies, and procedures. Optimize processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic test. Perform data audits to ensure the system is preforming optimally. Update user accounts (e.g. access, profiles, security roles). Manages relationships with vendors, and the development of training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
